Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of podcastcollaborationnetwork.com (the “Site”), operated by Millionaire University LLC (“PCN,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site or apply to PCN.
Applying to PCN
- Please give accurate, current information on your application.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. PCN is selective, and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion, without giving a reason.
- Membership, including its price, payment, renewal, refunds, and cancellation, is governed by a separate membership agreement that accepted members sign. Pricing and program details described on the Site may change until that agreement is signed.
Communications
By applying, you agree that our team may contact you about your interest in PCN by email, phone, and text message. For texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Using the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, or submit false or misleading information.
- Submit applications on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
- Interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or use bots or scrapers to access it.
- Copy or reuse the Site’s content in ways these terms don’t allow.
Our content
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and videos, belong to PCN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Names, photos, and logos of the people featured on the Site belong to them and are used with permission.
Testimonials and results
Testimonials on the Site reflect individual experiences. They are not typical or guaranteed results. Outcomes vary based on your business, audience, experience, effort, timing, and participation. Nothing on the Site guarantees any specific growth, income, or other outcome, and nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
Other websites
The Site links to services we don’t control, such as Calendly for booking calls. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we’re not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless PCN and Millionaire University LLC from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
