Who we are
The Podcast Collaboration Network (“PCN,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Millionaire University LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through podcastcollaborationnetwork.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at support@millionaireuniversity.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you apply to join PCN, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, how you heard about PCN, whether you’re a podcaster or business influencer, how long you’ve been in business, your annual revenue range, your goals, and anything else you choose to tell us.
The application has two steps. We save the details from Step 1 (name, phone, and email) when you continue, even if you don’t finish Step 2, so our team can follow up about your interest.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use it to keep the Site running and secure.
Cookies and advertising. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta about your visit, such as the pages you view, how far you scroll or how long you stay on a page, and whether you start or submit an application, along with your IP address and browser information. The Pixel can also send Meta your email address and name, in a scrambled (hashed) form, from your browser when you enter them in our form. When you start or submit an application, we also send Meta your email address and name in a hashed form from our server through Meta’s Conversions API, together with that technical information. We do not send Meta your phone number or your answers on the application.
Meta uses this to measure how our ads perform and to help show our ads to people who may be interested in PCN, and it handles the information under its own privacy policy. You can limit this by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or through the industry opt-out at optout.aboutads.info.
Which ad brought you here. If you arrive from one of our ads, we save details of that ad, such as its name and a Facebook click ID, in your browser for up to 30 days and include them with your application. We use this to see which ads lead to applications.
Booking a call. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the information you enter there under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To review your application and decide whether PCN is a good fit.
- To contact you about your application by email, phone call, or text message.
- To schedule calls and, if you’re accepted, to set up and coordinate your membership and collaborations.
- To run, secure, and improve the Site.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number on the application, you agree to receive text messages from Podcast Collaboration Network about your inquiry, such as application updates and call scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@millionaireuniversity.com.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.
- We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run PCN, such as Google (which stores applications and sends our emails), Vercel (which hosts the Site), and Calendly (scheduling). They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- With Meta, for advertising measurement and ad delivery, as described under “Cookies and advertising” above.
- Within our team at Millionaire University LLC, with the people who review applications and run PCN.
- If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PCN, our members, or others.
- As part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep application information for as long as we need it to review your application, stay in touch about PCN, run your membership, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
- Stop texts by replying STOP, and ask us to stop emailing or calling you by emailing support@millionaireuniversity.com.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@millionaireuniversity.com.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to ask us to delete or correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Our use of the Meta Pixel and Conversions API may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out of that sharing by emailing support@millionaireuniversity.com with the subject “Do Not Share My Personal Information.” To make any other request, email support@millionaireuniversity.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
PCN is for business owners. The Site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes apply only to information collected after they take effect.
